                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                  CHANGE ORDER NO. 2, CONTRACT NO. SS-1-94,
                  NORTHSHORE STREETSCAPE AND THE WIDENING OF
                  RIVER STREET, WITH RIVERBEND CONSTRUCTION
                  CORPORATION, WHICH CHANGE ORDER INCREASES THE
                  CONTRACT AMOUNT BY FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, THREE
                  HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE AND 58/100 DOLLARS
                  ($57,381.58) FOR A REVISED TOTAL CONTRACT
                  PRICE OF THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND,
                  ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE AND 08/100 DOLLARS
                  ($331,171.08).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 2, Contract No. SS-1-94, Northshore 

       Streetscape and the Widening of River Street, with Riverbend
       Construction Corporation, which change order increases the
       contract amount by $57,381.58 for a revised total contract price
       of $331,171.08.
